Burpees!!!! Who invented this diabolical, malicious exercise? Love them or hate them, one thing is for sure– they WORK. This full body exercise really does target every major muscle group in the body and burns calories in a way that is far superior to other exercises. That being said, we’re gonna dive head first into the fiery pit of burpees today. Sorry (not sorry)!

Warm Up:
- 30 jumping jacks
- 1 minute Dynamic Stretching
Main Set: (Perform 1-3 sets with a 1 minute break between each set)
- 5 reps Standard Burpee
- 5 reps Box Jump Burpee
- 5 reps Kettlebell Deadlift Burpee
- 5 reps Donkey Kick Burpee
- 5 reps Lunge Jump Burpee
- 5 reps Pull Up Burpee
- 5 reps 8 count Burpee
- 5 reps Decline Burpee
Cool Down/Stretch:
- 1 mile zero incline treadmill walk
- 1 minute Static Stretching
